Information you choose to share
When you request a workflow suggestion through a Meta lead form or Messenger, we receive the contact details you submit, such as your name and email address, and your description of the task and tools you use. For Messenger, this includes the messages and profile information made available with the conversation. The request may also include the campaign, ad or form identifiers that show where the inquiry came from.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your request, suggest a practical first step and discuss relevant services with you. We reply manually by email or Messenger. We may record the inquiry and relevant follow-up in our Odoo CRM to keep track of the conversation.
Submitting an inquiry asks us to respond about your workflow. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give blanket consent to unrelated marketing. Please describe the process without sharing passwords or confidential client records.
Legal basis
We handle your requested inquiry and relevant follow-up on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business requests and assessing suitable services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We limit this use to what your request needs, taking your interests and rights into account. When you ask us to take steps before entering a contract with you, we process the information necessary for those steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
How long we keep inquiry details
We keep identifying inquiry records while needed to answer your request and carry out relevant follow-up that you engage in. We review that need when resolving or closing the inquiry, or when you ask us to stop following up. Once the inquiry is closed and no active follow-up needs identifying details, we delete or anonymise our copies unless applicable law requires us to retain specific records. Any required contract or accounting records are handled according to the applicable legal retention duties.
Meta and other services
Meta hosts its lead forms and Messenger and processes information under its own Privacy Policy. If you later choose to book a conversation, the separate booking service receives the information you provide there.
Questions and requests
To ask for access to your inquiry information, request a correction or deletion, object to processing based on legitimate interests, request restriction or portability where applicable, or ask us to stop following up, contact s@1d.works.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, including Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Website measurement
This page does not load Meta Pixel or set advertising cookies. The website’s separate privacy notice explains optional advertising measurement and anonymous booking-link counts. Its 90-day aggregate counter retention does not describe the retention of your inquiry details.
